Get Started with Parfect Performance

At this time the only way to request a subscription is to send an inquiry email to our Customer Service address: michal.bargenda@pgapolska.com.

Recommended information to include in your email

1. Full name and role of the primary contact.
2. Account email address you wish to register.
3. Whether you are requesting an Individual subscription or a Team / Organization subscription.
4. If Team / Organization: the organization name and the approximate number of seats/users you expect to provision.
5. Preferred billing email and invoicing details (company name, address, and VAT/tax ID if applicable).
6. Any preferred start date for the trial or subscription.
7. Any questions or special onboarding or integration requests (e.g., bulk data import).

Providing complete information will speed up our response and invoice preparation. We may request additional documentation for team subscriptions or to comply with export/sanctions screening.

Trials are provided to allow evaluation of the Service. The duration and features differ for Individuals and Teams/Organizations (details below). Trials do not require a payment method on file and do not auto-convert into paid plans; you must contact us to purchase a plan.

Who is eligible

Individual golfers registering for their personal use of Parfect Performance are eligible for the individual trial. This offering is intended for single-user accounts (non-commercial or sole-practitioner use).

Trial length and scope

Individuals receive a one (1) month free trial from the date the account is created and trial access is granted. Trial access includes full functionality available to individual subscribers (round logging, basic analytics, practice tracking). Some advanced team-management features are not included in individual trials.

How to start

1. Send an email to michal.bargenda@pgapolska.com with the recommended details (name, account email, that you request an Individual trial).
2. We will create your account and confirm trial activation via email with login instructions.
3. Use the trial period to evaluate the Service. If you plan to purchase, contact us again before or at the end of the trial to request the plan you wish to buy.

End of trial / purchasing

Trials do not automatically convert to paid accounts. To purchase, email us indicating the paid Individual plan you want and the billing details. We will then issue an invoice with card and bank transfer options.

Note: By choosing a monthly subscription for an Individual plan, you agree to purchase the plan for a minimum of 12 months. The standard cancellation policy applies.

Who is eligible

Teams, clubs, academies, and organizations evaluating Parfect Performance for multiple users are eligible for the team trial. Team trials are intended for administrative testing, seat provisioning, and multi-user analytics evaluation.

Trial length and scope

Teams are granted an eight (8) month free trial from the date the team account is created and trial access is granted. The team trial includes team-management features, user provisioning, and administrative reporting capable of supporting multiple seats for evaluation purposes.

How to start

1. Send an email to michal.bargenda@pgapolska.com with organization name, primary contact, account email, and an approximate number of seats you wish to evaluate.
2. We may request business information for invoicing and export/sanctions screening. Provide VAT/tax ID if you expect to receive an invoice addressed to a company.
3. We will create the team account, provision initial administrative seats, and confirm activation by email.

End of trial / purchasing

At the end of the eight-month evaluation period you must contact us to select the paid team plan and the number of seats to purchase. We will prepare an invoice and provide payment options including debit/credit card via a secure link or bank transfer details.

Note: By choosing a monthly subscription for a Team plan, you agree to purchase the plan for a minimum of 12 months. The standard cancellation policy applies.

When you decide to buy a subscription (either at the end of a free trial or earlier), email us indicating the exact plan you want to purchase and the billing details to appear on the invoice. We will generate and send an invoice to the billing email you specify.

Invoice & payment options

• Debit / Credit Card: The invoice will include a secure link allowing payment by debit or credit card via our payment processor.
• Bank transfer: The invoice will also include bank transfer details (beneficiary, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC and reference information) for customers who prefer to pay by bank transfer.

Payments are due as specified on the invoice. Once we confirm receipt of payment, we will activate the paid subscription and notify the account contact.

VAT, taxes and international customers

If you require VAT or tax information on the invoice (for example a company VAT number), please include that information in your initial purchase email. Invoices issued to EU businesses will include VAT treatment as required by law (reverse charge vs charged VAT) and a valid VAT ID may be required for zero-rating where applicable.

Our Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy (available on the About / Legal page) govern refund eligibility and cancellation. In short:

• Trials do not incur charges while active.
• When you purchase a subscription we will follow the refund rules set out in the Refund & Dispute Policy (including the 14-day commercial refund window where applicable).
• If you cancel during a paid period you retain access until the paid period expires; no prorated refunds are offered unless specifically granted under the Refund Policy or required by law.

After you start a trial or purchase a subscription we provide the following onboarding support as needed:

• Account creation and access instructions.
• Team role setup and seat provisioning guidance for organizations.
• Assistance with importing historical round data or connecting third-party tools where feasible.
• Guidance on exporting your data at termination.
