Customer Service aims to respond to written inquiries within a commercially reasonable period. For billing and refund requests, please include (1) the email used to register the account, (2) the date of purchase, (3) the transaction or invoice number, and (4) a brief description of your request. Failure to provide required information may delay processing of your request.
Privacy & data requests: To make a privacy rights request (access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection), please contact m_bargenda@parfectperformance.com and include proof of identity and the account email. California residents may also submit requests under CCPA/CPRA using the same address; we will provide a verification process consistent with applicable law.
